A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to eliminate increases in the medicare part A deductible and coinsurance amounts and the increase in the medicare part B deductible amount effected by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981.
Medicare Deductible Rollback Act - Amends part A (Hospital Insurance) of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to decrease the multiplier in the inpatient hospital deductible formula from $45 to $40.
Amends part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance) of title XVIII to decrease the part B deductible from $75 to $60.
