A bill to amend the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, with respect to suits for damages brought against individual defendants acting not in behalf of their union but in their personal and nonunion capacity for violating a no-strike provision of a collective bargaining agreement, and for other purposes.

Amends the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, to permit suits for money damages against individual officers and members of a labor organization, acting in their personal and nonunion capacity and not in behalf of a labor organization, by an employer for a violation of a no-strike clause in a collective bargaining agreement.
