Makes Federal petit and grand jurors eligible for disability compensation payments under title five of the United States Code.
Permits a Federal court to tax a defendant employer, as costs payable to the court, the attorney fees and expenses incurred on behalf of a prevailing employee in cases wherein such employer has adversely affected the employment of such employee due to the latter's jury service.
Allows the service of jury summonses by first class mail.
