Declares that nothing in this Act shall deprive any person or entity of any legal right or legal interest such person or entity may have in such lands.
Provides that the State of Arizona shall exercise criminal and civil jurisdiction over such lands as if it had assumed jurisdiction pursuant to a specified Act.
