A bill to amend section 4205 of title 18 of the United States Code to provide in Federal criminal cases that two-thirds of a prison sentence must be served in order to be eligible for parole, and increasing to 25 years the portion of a life sentence or sentences of over thirty years that must be served to be eligible for parole.
