A bill to continue the minimum monthly insurance benefits under title II of the Social Security Act for individuals currently entitled to such benefits.

Provides that the minimum social security benefit provisions under title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act shall continue to apply to individuals who are currently entitled to monthly insurance benefits or who initially become entitled to such benefits before 1982.
