A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to allow married Federal retirees to modify spousal survivor annuity elections.

Permits any married Federal retiree to change his or her election to provide for or not to provide for an annuity to a surviving spouse or to change the amount of such an annuity after three years have expired since the date of such election; provided the retiree has fulfilled requirements to notify his or her spouse of such a change.
