Provides for a ten-year extension of the minimum social security benefit provisions under title II (Old age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act for individuals who are currently entitled to monthly insurance benefits or who initially become entitled to such benefits before 1982 and for individuals who are members of a religious order that requires its members to take a vow of poverty. Provides for a five-year extension of such provisions for other individuals.
