A bill to provide for a ten-year extension of provisions providing for minimum insurance benefits under title II of the Social Security Act for individuals currently entitled to such benefits and for other individuals who are vow-of-poverty members of religious orders and a five-year extension of such provisions for other individuals.

Provides for a ten-year extension of the minimum social security benefit provisions under title II (Old age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act for individuals who are currently entitled to monthly insurance benefits or who initially become entitled to such benefits before 1982 and for individuals who are members of a religious order that requires its members to take a vow of poverty. Provides for a five-year extension of such provisions for other individuals.
