A bill to amend the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act and the District of Columbia Redevelopment Act to allow salary rates to be established for the City Administrator of the District of Columbia and the members of the District of Columbia Redevelopment Land Agency.

Amends the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act to delete the limitation on the salary which the Mayor of the District of Columbia may authorize for the City Administrator.

Amends the District of Columbia Redevelopment Act of 1945 to authorize the Mayor to establish the salary of members of the District of Columbia Redevelopment Land Agency.
