A bill to combat inflation and improve productivity.
Anti-Inflationary Lending Act of 1981 - Amends the Federal Reserve Act to authorize the Federal Reserve Board, during periods in which it finds inflationary dangers present, to permit depository institutions to enter into agreements to emphasize loans that combat inflation.
Requires the approval of the Attorney General before any such agreement may be implemented.
