A bill to amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to raise the dollar volume test for coverage of employees of enterprises engaged in commerce or the production of goods for commerce to $750,000.

Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to increase, to $750,000, the required minimum annual gross volume of sales made or business done by an enterprise in order for the employees of such enterprise to be covered by the Act.
