A bill for the relief of the administrators and beneficiaries of the Chrapliwy-Uniroyal Settlement Fund.

Provides that no member of the class of beneficiaries of a certain settlement fund shall be assessed taxes on distributions from such fund if the total amount of taxes with respect to such member is less than a specified amount.
