A bill to amend title V of the National Energy Conservation Policy Act relating to Federal employee parking.
Federal Employee Parking Act - Amends the National Energy Conservation Policy Act to prohibit U.S. Government property from being used for parking facilities for employees or visitors of Federal offices unless a fee is charged for such parking.
Directs the Administrator of the General Services Administration, the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts and the Architect of the Capitol to take such steps as may be necessary to implement the restrictions imposed by this Act.
States that all revenues collected pursuant to the provisions of this Act shall be deposited in the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts.
