A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to extend the Program of assistance for community health centers and migrant health centers, and for other purposes.

Amends the Public Health Service Act to authorize specified appropriations for fiscal years 1982 through 1984 for: (1) community health centers; and (2) migrant health centers. Authorizes specified appropriations for fiscal year 1982 for primary care research and demonstration projects.

Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to: (1) prescribe criteria for determining where community health centers are needed; and (2) review the performance of such centers that provide migrant health services and report such findings to Congress.

Provides for community health center audits.
