A bill to authorize the project for flood control in the Mamaroneck and Sheldrake River Basins, New York, and on the Byram River, New York, and Connecticut.

Authorizes the project for flood control in the Mamaroneck and Sheldrake River Basins, New York, and on the Byram River, New York and Connecticut, substantially in accordance with the plans and subject to the conditions recommended in the report of the Chief of Engineers dated April 4, 1979, except: (1) such project shall also include flood protection for the town of Mamaroneck; and (2) that cost sharing for such project shall be provided in the report of the Board of Engineers for Rivers and Harbors dated July 12, 1978.

Estimates the cost of such project at $37,500,000.
