A bill to amend title 17 of the United States Code to authorize certain nonprofit use of copyrighted works.

Extends the authorization for the nonprofit use of copyrighted works beyond face to face teaching activities and beyond services at religious assemblies. Permits the nonprofit performance of a nondramatic literary or musical work in a transmission to the public.
