Authorizes appropriations for the international affairs functions of the Department of the Treasury for fiscal year 1982.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury, on or before October 1, 1982, to report to both Houses of the Congress regarding the status of negotiations within the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on improving the International Arrangement on Guidelines for Officially Supported Export Credits and on the status of any other multilateral or bilateral negotiations or discussions.
