Authorizes appropriations for fiscal years 1982 and 1983 for the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency.
Amends the Arms Control and Disarmament Act to authorize the Director of such agency to accept the security and loyalty investigations of the Defense Investigative Service or the State Department for persons detailed to the Agency from other Government agencies.
