A bill to provide mandatory social security coverage for Members of Congress and for the President and Vice President.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code and title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide coverage under the Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance program for Members of Congress, the President, and the Vice President.
