A bill conferring jurisdiction upon the United States Court of Claims to hear, determine, and render judgement upon the claim of James W. Brundage.

Waives the statute of limitations and all other bars to a suit brought against the United States by a named individual arising out of his claim for retroactive duty pay and allowances and retirement pay for service in the Department of the Air Force.
