A bill to limit purchases of office furniture by departing Members of the House of Representatives, and for other purposes.

Limits Members of the House of Representatives, upon termination of such membership, to the purchase of not more than one chair and one desk in use in their Congressional district office. Provides that such purchase cannot be made later than 30 days after the election of a successor. Includes American Samoa in the definition of a Congressional district.
