A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a study to determine the manner in which the area known as the Goshen Historic Track in Goshen, New York, can be protected.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to determine the most appropriate means of preserving the Goshen Historic Track in Goshen, New York, by examining the feasibility of: (1) entering into cooperative agreements with the track owners; (2) purchasing the track for inclusion in the National Park System; and (3) any other means of preservation. Authorizes appropriations for fiscal year 1982.
