Amends the Export Administration Act of 1979 to authorize appropriations for fiscal years 1982 and 1983 to carry out such Act. Limits the purposes for which specified funds may be available.
Prohibits any department or agency from withholding confidential information necessary for enforcement of such Act from any enforcement department or agency.
Increases the maximum fines for criminal and civil violations of such Act.
Amends the International Investment Survey Act of 1976 to authorize appropriations to carry out such Act.
