A bill to provide for the establishment of the Federal Protective Service for the protection of property under the jurisdiction of the General Services Administration, to provide for the pay and training of the members of such service, and for other purposes.
Federal Protective Service Act of 1981 - Directs the General Services Administration to establish the Federal Protective Service for the protection of property under the jurisdiction of the Administration. Provides for the pay, leave, training, retirement, and survivor benefits of the members of such Service.
Increases the maximum amount of a fine for the violation of a regulation governing such Federal property.
