A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to provide a mandatory death penalty for the killing or attempted killing of the President if a firearm is used in the offense, and for other purposes.

Amends the Federal criminal code to provide that whoever kills or attempts to kill the President, Vice-President, or officer in order of succession, shall be punished by death, if the offense is committed with the use of a firearm.
