Repeals the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
Makes conforming amendments: (1) to the Agricultural Act of 1961, to eliminate assistance for farmers and ranchers to comply with occupational health and safety requirements; and (2) to end the applicability of such requirements to the Postal Service.
