Directs the Director of the International Communication Agency to provide the Administrator of General Services with a master copy of the film "In Their Own Words".
Directs the Administrator to: (1) reimburse the Director for making such copy available; (2) secure any licenses required for distribution of that film in the United States; (3) deposit that film in the National Archives; and (4) make copies available for purchase and public viewing within the United States.
