Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to dispose of by exchange or sale at public auction certain lands in the Tahoe National Forest known as the Blythe Arena, which is an exception to a specified land patent.
Directs the Secretary, if such land is disposed of by sale, to use the proceeds to acquire lands in the State of California to be permanently reserved, held, and administered as part of the national forest system.
