A bill to provide for the exercise of Congressional power, pursuant to Article I, Section 8, "to raise and support armies ... to provide and maintain a navy ... to make rules for the government and regulation of the land and naval forces," and all the Armed Forces subject to the jurisdiction of the United States by providing that the courts of the United States shall not have jurisdiction with respect to questions involving the constitutionality of statutes providing different treatment on the basis of sex in the composition of the Armed Forces or in criteria for induction, for training or service in the Armed Forces.
Women's Draft Exemption Act - Eliminates Supreme Court and Federal district court jurisdiction to review or hear any case arising out of any statute, ordinance, or regulation establishing different standards on the basis of sex for composition of the armed services or different treatment for males and females regarding registration or induction.
