A bill to amend the Federal Reserve Act to require that detailed minutes of Federal Open Market Committee meetings be released to the general public five years after the date of the meeting to which they relate.

Amends the Federal Reserve Act to require public release of detailed minutes of any Federal Open Market Committee meeting five years after the date of such meeting. Requires detailed minutes of such meetings held during calendar year 1973 to be released 30 days after enactment of this Act.
