A bill to extend the authorizations of appropriations under the National Consumer Cooperative Bank Act.

Amends the National Consumer Cooperative Bank Act to extend the authorization of appropriations for the National Consumer Cooperative Bank.

Limits the aggregate amount authorized to be appropriated to such Bank for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1981, to not more than $8,700,000.
