A bill for the relief of Joyce G. McFarland.

Provides that, for purposes of computation of civil service retirement and survivor annuity benefits, a named decedent shall be deemed to have waived entitlement to his military pay and to have elected to receive a civil retirement annuity based on combined military and civil service.
