A bill for the relief of Stencel Aero Engineering Corporation.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to a named corporation in full satisfaction of a claim against the United States for losses sustained in settling a claim of the heirs of an individual killed as a result of a malfunctioning parachute manufactured by the corporation pursuant to a defective design provided by the Department of Defense.
