A bill to withdraw certain lands in Mono County, California, from settlement, sale, location, or entry for the purpose of protecting the watershed supplying water to the city of Los Angeles, and to rescind such withdrawal for certain other lands in Mono County, California.
Withdraws certain lands in Mono County, California, from settlement, sale, location, or entry under all general land laws, including mining laws. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to exchange certain other Federal lands within Mono County for the lands withdrawn under this Act.
