A bill to amend chapter 65 of title 18, United States Code, to provide criminal penalties for desecration of a religious structure or a consecrated grave, or the placement of an antireligious symbol on the property of another, and for other purposes.

Amends the Federal criminal code to establish penalties for: (1) traveling in, or using a facility of, interstate or foreign commerce with intent to injure or desecrate any consecrated grave or religious structure or article contained in such a structure or to place an antireligious symbol or article on the property of another; or (2) committing any such act with intent to interfere with any person freely exercising his religion.
