Agricultural Export Credit Revolving Fund Act - Amends the Food for Peace Act of 1966 to establish within the Treasury the Agricultural Export Credit Revolving Fund to finance commercial export credit sales of agricultural commodities out of private stocks.
Requires the Commodity Credit Corporation to deposit in the Fund: (1) a sum of money equal to the aggregate of amounts received by such Corporation from the liquidation of certain financing arrangements made before the enactment of this Act and liquidated after a specified date; and (2) all sums received by such Corporation from the liquidation of certain other financing arrangements made after enactment of this Act.
