A bill to amend the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 with respect to annuities for widows and widowers of certain railroad employees.

Amends the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 making the amount payable to a widow or widower of a deceased railroad employee under a survivor's annuity at least equal to the amount which would have been payable to such deceased employee if not deceased.
