A bill to authorize and direct the Secretary of the Army to convey to the trustees of the Salem Wesleyan Church a certain parcel of land of the United States at the Jim Woodruff Dam and Reservoir project, Florida.

Amends the Act providing for the retention of certain lands in Jackson County, Florida, for fish, wildlife, and recreational purposes to authorize the Secretary of the Army to convey a portion of such retained lands to the trustees of the Salem Wesleyan Church. Requires the trustees to pay the fair market value for such land.
