A bill to provide soybean producers with the same protection from natural disasters as producers of wheat and feed grains.

Makes producers of the 1981 crop of soybeans eligible for compensation, in the case of prevented plantings or failure to harvest normal crop acreage because of a natural disaster, at rates comparable to those received by producers of feed grains and wheat under the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1949.
