Confers jurisdiction upon the U.S. Court of Claims and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma to hear all claims against the United States which the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma, the Choctaw Nation, and the Chickasaw Nation may have with respect to: (1) damages to tribal assets related to construction of the Arkansas River Navigation System; and (2) lands given to third parties for use as station grounds by railroads.
