A bill to amend the Controlled Substances Act to provide for persons who obtain or attempt to obtain narcotics or other controlled substances from a retail pharmacy by force and violence, and for other purposes.

Amends the Controlled Substances Act to establish criminal penalties for: (1) breaking and entering a retail pharmacy with intent to steal a narcotic or other controlled substance; or (2) obtaining or attempting to obtain such drugs from a pharmacy by force or violence.
