A bill to authorize pay and benefits for members and survivors of members of the Philippine Scouts on the same basis as such pay and benefits are authorized for other members of the Armed Forces and their survivors.

Directs the Secretary of the Army to authorize pay and benefits for members and survivors of the Philippine Scouts who served after December 6, 1941, and before December 31, 1946, on the same basis as is authorized for other members and survivors of the armed forces.
