Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to a named individual in full satisfaction of a claim against the United States for compensation for service in the U.S. Navy for a specified period and for separation from service payments as of a certain date.
Directs the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to reimburse such individual for treatment of dental injuries. Provides that such dental injuries shall be considered a permanent service-connected disability incurred in the line of duty.
