A bill for the relief of Sito Industries, Inc.

Relieves a named corporation of liability to the United States for all increased customs duties assessed over a specified period of time.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to such corporation an amount equal to the aggregate of amounts paid by the corporation as increased customs duties.
