A bill to authorize the Chief of Engineers to undertake repairs and renovations to certain water diversion structures of an historical character, and for other purposes.

Directs the Secretary of the Army, through the Chief of Engineers, to protect and restore the river diversion structures and associated canals attendant to the operations of certain historical acequias (irrigation ditches) in the State of New Mexico. Directs the State of New Mexico to pay 20 percent of the cost of such work. Limits such costs to a specified sum.

Authorizes the appropriation of a specified sum for the purposes of this Act.
