A bill to provide a penalty for unlawful assault upon policemen, firemen, and other law enforcement personnel, and for other purposes.

Amends the Federal criminal code to establish penalties for forcibly assaulting, striking, wounding, discharging a firearm or explosive at, or offering violence to, any fireman or law enforcement officer on account of such individual's performance of official duties.
