A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to terminate the authority for the pursuit of flight training programs by veterans and for the pursuit of correspondence training by veterans, spouses, and surviving spouses, and for other purposes.

Amends the Post-Vietnam Era Veterans' Educational Assistance Program to terminate the entitlement of such veterans to pursue flight-training or exclusively correspondence training under such program. Terminates the entitlement of spouses and surviving spouses to pursue exclusively correspondence training under such program.
