A bill for the relief of Mrs. Marianne E. Hellon and her two minor children.

Provides that a certain named individual shall be considered to have satisfied the requirements of proof necessary under the Social Security Act for purposes of deciding her eligibility for mother's insurance benefits and her minor children's eligibility for child's insurance benefits.
