A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide for the computation of benefits thereunder on the basis of the worker's three years of highest earnings.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to require that benefits be computed on the basis of a worker's three years of highest earnings. Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to recompute the primary insurance amount of each individual entitled to OASDI benefits to reflect the change required by this Act.
