A bill to amend part A of title IV of the Social Security Act to establish a minimum aid to families with dependent children benefit amount to be required of all States, and to provide additional Federal matching for States which are presently below such minimum amount to assist them in increasing their aid to families with dependent children payments to comply with such requirement.
